How to sell your used device
From the offer to the payment: here is exactly what happens at each step.
The 4 steps
A simple process designed so you can sell without stress.
1. Choose your device
Pick your device's category (Mac, iPhone, iPad, PC, GPU...) and fill in the form with brand, model and condition. The more details and photos you add, the more accurate the offer is from the start, with no surprises at inspection.
2. Get your offer
While you fill in the form you see a live automatic estimate, which in most cases you can accept straight away. If you prefer a closer look (or the system can't calculate an estimate), ask for a custom offer: our team reviews your device and replies within 24–48 hours. Either way, the offer is not binding for you.
3. Pickup or shipping
If you accept the offer, choose how to get the device to us. In Italy: free home pickup by courier, or drop-off at a partner shipping point near you, at no cost to you. From abroad: you ship it to us yourself, with your own courier and at your own cost and risk.
4. Fast payment
Once the device arrives, our technicians check its condition and that it works. If everything matches what you declared, you're paid by PayPal or bank transfer, usually within 7 days of arrival.

How does shipping work?
In Italy you can book a free home pickup or take the parcel to a drop-off point near you. From abroad you ship it to us yourself, with your own courier.

What if the device doesn't match what I declared?
After the inspection we contact you with a new offer based on the actual condition, which you are always free to accept or decline.
Do I pay anything for shipping or pickup?
Not in Italy: home pickup and partner drop-off points are always free. From abroad you ship with your own courier, at your own cost and risk.
What does "Trade-in +10%" mean?
